Polish participants and Polish institutions are requested to make payments in PLN
only at the average exchange rate announced by the NBP on the date of payment to the
bank account of ORBIS. Participants from Poland should use for bank transfer the
current account:

EUR PL 61 1500 1487 1214 8002 2266 0000 important: do not forget to make the reference 'SOLMECH 2006' on the bank
transfer form. All prices in EURO will be recount to PLN according to average exchange rate
announced by the NBP (National Polish Bank) in the day of the payment.
Credit Card: You can use your credit card for payment.
Note that, 4% commission will be charged when payment is made with a credit card.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is not included in Conference fee.
Organizers will provide help in choosing suitable hotel.
You can choose the hotel from the list placed on the registration form.

All selected accommodations are situated near the Conference location.
To drop the cost of accommodation consider sharing the double (triple)
room with other participant(s).
You can receive individual (separate) invoices.
CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY
Registration Fee Until July 15th: 80% refund.
After this date: no refund.
Accommodation Until May 31st: refund of deposit.
After this date: no refund.
INSURANCE
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.
It is strongly recommended to take out appropriate travel and health insurance.
The Conference Organizers cannot take any responsibility for any participant
failing to arrange their own insurance.
